Pyong's comments:  One of the cheapest second-hand clothing store in Tokyo. I mean it! However, at the same time, it's really hard to find nice ones. They sometimes give a special sale event like "Everything in the store 200 JPY for each!".

The store is located in Itabashi region next to famous town Ikebukuro. So I recommend you to hang around in Ikebukuro and then take a Tobu tojo line to the nearest station of the store, Oyama.
