Pyong's comments: The biggest practical secondhand clothing store in Shibuya. They give "SALE" events quite often such as "ALL PANTS 20% OFF" or "LADIES ITEMS ALL 30% OFF". You can rely on your luck and may find nice items. Anyway, they have quite a volume, in addition, located in the center of Shibuya, I strongly recommend you to visit during your stay in Tokyo.
