Pyong's comments:  RAGTAG has a good sense. So you can find design-oriented and clean secondhand cloting here. The problem is that this store here is a bit small. But I'm quite sure that you can enjoy secondhand shopping and may find some nice ones. Here in this Simokitazawa store you can fine many secondhand COMME des GARÇONS. The following is the sold(popular) brand ranking in March, 2015.
