One of the most trendy&cool shopping districts in Tokyo is Omotesando.
This sushi restaurant has English menu and you can order everything in English.
The cheerful Asian shop manager speaks fluent English and there are many international guests.
However it's not the kind of "the store for tourists" and prices are very reasonable. In my personal feeling, taste is quite OK level.
