Pyong's comments:  The store is a bit far from the station. But it's worth visiting. I visited here at least 5 times but never came back home with my hands empty. Adjacent to  Kichijoji, one of the most favored and popular town among young Japanese and foreign students, Mitaka is also nice town for living. In addition, Mitaka is famous for having GHIBLI MUSEUM, The museum of Japanese famous movie company. If you are a fan of GHIBLI you can take a direct buss from Mitaka station.
